To illustrate the way it works let us show you the following example.
Let’s imagine one of our customers. He is a successful businessman around 40 years old. He has achieved good financial results through the hard work but always had no time for his teenage hobby. He used to practice one of traditional eastern martial arts in his childhood and teenage years. He has lots of books about exotic East. In the early 90s he had to quit the university and to focus on his own business. Not long time ago he has bought the land to build the house. This idea brought back his old passion for eastern culture, and he made up his mind to make a Japanese style house surrounded by the Japanese garden. His best wish was to make everything look authentic. Ideally he was looking either for the house of a contemporary descendant of one strong Japanese samurai clan or for a place where Japanese aristocrats of the XII century lived.
To make this kind of wish come true he started talking to an architect and designer who would be able to help him. Both of them told him that in order to make his dream come true they would need to hire at least 5-6 additional specialists. But thanks to our studio this businessman was able to provide both architect and designer with a package of all necessary information. This package helps to answer many questions, for instance: What should be used to decorate the interior? It included detailed list of specific items and antiques as well. We covered a number of questions which were asked upfront by architect and designer. What architectural class of building would be the most acceptable in this case? What kind of garden could be the most appropriate to the original idea of the client? What kind of antiques (furniture, table-wear etc) we could offer for the house interior? And where we could purchase all these things? Our qualified and competent specialists were able to answer all these and many other questions. This made the task of architect/designer significantly easier and as a result helped to make our customer caprice come true in much shorter period of time.
Almost the same type of services may be useful for the others target customers: author of historical novel, historical movie director, theatre producer that doesn’t have a competent costumier, costumier artist, or decoration specialist available. And we should not forget to put as an example a collector of Japanese porcelain, swords and blades, vases, ukiyo-e prints etc. Those abovementioned precious items (most of them can be considered as works of art) may need a highly-qualified expertise. We are able to provide all necessary information in appropriate terms and conditions.
We may also give you more simple illustration.
Our client is making renovation works in his apartment and his wish is to do the bedroom as a Japanese stylized room in a way one wall of this bedroom will be decorated with some passage of Japanese poetry. This passage is to be written in Japanese, of course. Besides, the client would like to know who is the author of the passage, and what does it mean in his native language. No doubt, this passage should mean something beautiful as a content.
In this case our assistance may consist of the following. We will make search of poetry passages among haiku (traditional Japanese poetry), make them classified in a category of seasons, months and topics according to the client request. We may also cooperate with an artist who will put it on the wall: we will help him to do it correctly using Japanese calligraphy rules.
